Joan Lillich

Joan Lillich has 20 years of experience leading change and transitions that accompany mergers/acquisitions, large system implementations and business process renewal. Currently, she is an executive at leading government contractor, CGI.

Joan is involved with 501cTech to leverage the skills she’s been fortunate enough to develop in business as a way to ‘pay it forward.’ She is delighted to work with her fellow board members, “the brightest, most dedicated and enjoyable group with whom I have ever had the honor to serve.” Joan holds a B.A. with a double major in Physics and Art from UNC Chapel Hill and an M.A. in Organizational Change from the George Washington University. She loves spending time with her family, friends and her rescue dog. She has a passion for travel and is rejuvenated by water, so she spends as much time as possible in, on or beside it — especially the Atlantic Ocean or Lake Damariscotta.
