Katherine LaVelle, Managing Partner in Accenture’s Washington D.C. office, leads Accenture’s global Talent and Organization Performance practice for its Financial Services clients. She is also the lead for the North America Capital Markets Consulting practice. Katherine leads these practices in developing and implementing innovative solutions to clients’ complex issues and challenges.

The work Katherine does at Accenture enables her to help many organizations including 501cTech. She is a believer in the power of technology to transform both the way we think and the results that nonprofits can achieve. Katharine has been on the 501cTech board since 2005, leading the Judging Committee for the Technology Innovation Award and now serving as Board Chair. She has a B.S. in International Business from Arizona State University and holds an M.B.A. from Georgetown University. Katharine is well known for her hospitality, including her annual Cinco de Mayo Party.
