COH provides healthcare, housing with supportive services, educational opportunities, and spiritual support to homeless, low income, and underserved families in the District. Previously, she was executive director of Hannah House, a transitional program for homeless women in the District. Kelly serves on the board of directors of the D.C. Primary Care Association and is a member of the Mayor’s Interagency Council on Homelessness. Kelly was a recipient of the Eugene and Agnes E. As the leader of an organization that has grappled with a wide variety of technology challenges, she brings valuable first-hand experience to the 501cTech Board. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her three children and her husband, Kevin McShane. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Sierra Leone, West Africa and continues to be actively engaged with the village where she served.
