Liran Gordon

Managing Partner, AECD Group

Liran Gordon is the Managing Partner of AECD Group, a management consulting firm specializing in corporate development and restructuring. He has extensive experience in corporate and business development, having served as a senior executive with those responsibilities at XO Communications, Cogent Communications, and Cable and Wireless. Prior to joining the corporate world, Liran practiced corporate and regulatory law at the Washington, D.C. law firm of Covington and Burling.

Serving on the 501cTech Board of Directors has proven to be a great way for Liran to use his business skills and experience to help nonprofits operate more effectively.  Along with Jay Liverman, Liran was instrumental in helping to found our Technology Leadership Council.

Liran received his A.B. degree from Harvard University, his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from Wharton. He lives in Montgomery County, Md. with his wife and two terrific children.
