Terry Roberts

Chief Financial Officer

Terry Roberts draws upon her extensive management and finance skills to help keep 501cTech running smoothly. She truly enjoys working with our clients and helping them use technology to do their work better and smarter.

Terry’s career has included experience in the government, private industry, and now the nonprofit sector. She first came to Washington as a management intern at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She later moved to the private sector where she was an executive in commercial real estate finance and development for more than 15 years. Terry returned to public service in 1995 as the founding executive director of the Maryland Governor’s Office of Crime Control and Prevention. Terry holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Knox College and an M.P.A. from The Maxwell School at Syracuse University.

Terry is an active volunteer outside of work. She is a Montgomery County Elections Judge, a member of the Capital Interfaith Hospitality Network, and has served on the boards of the Transitional Housing Program, the Shelter Foundation, Civic Works, and the Adventure Theatre. She is a graduate of Leadership Montgomery, Class of 2011.
