Service Desk Coordinator

Thai Huynh coordinates the daily activities of the tech team and is much loved by our clients for his friendly and knowledgeable “desk-side manner.” Prior to joining 501cTech, he provided customer and sales support at T-Mobile, AT&T, and Best Buy in the Northern Virginia area. He has a B.S. in Systems Engineering specializing in Operations Research from George Mason University. Thai lives in Northern Virginia and, in his spare time, enjoys playing basketball, video games, and spending time with his friends and family.
